Airbnb Photography in Cheras, Ampang, and the Klang Valley

Cheras and Ampang are two of the busier corridors for short-term rentals in the Klang Valley. With strong transport links, proximity to KLCC, and a mix of property types across all price ranges, both areas see consistent demand from local and international travellers.

The Short-Term Rental Market Here

Both Cheras and Ampang have a wide mix of older landed properties and newer high-rise condos and service apartments. Most Airbnb listings in these areas fall in the RM120 to RM250 per night range.

At that price point, guests are comparing options. They look at three or four listings that are similar in price and location. The one with cleaner, brighter, more honest photos gets the booking most of the time. I see this pattern across the Klang Valley and it holds just as true in Cheras and Ampang as anywhere else.

What I Focus on When Shooting Here

Properties in Cheras and Ampang each have their own challenges. Older landed homes have character but can photograph dark if natural light is limited. High-rise condos sometimes have city views worth featuring. Service apartments in areas like Miharja or Ukay Perdana often have compact layouts that need careful wide-angle framing to feel open.

My approach in every case is the same: show the space accurately, but at its best. A guest should walk in and feel like the photos matched or slightly undersold the reality. That is what builds good reviews and brings guests back.

How Booking Works

Reach out via WhatsApp or the contact form with your location, property type, and preferred shoot date. I will confirm availability and send a package breakdown before anything is confirmed.

A standard Airbnb shoot takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours on location. Photos are delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Packages start from RM400.

A Note on Timing

I know Airbnb hosts often need to move fast. Relisting after a renovation, refreshing photos before peak season, or getting a new unit live before the next booking window all come with real time pressure.

For those situations, same-day or next-day delivery is available on request, subject to scheduling. If timing is a factor, mention it when you get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate.
